Dele Alli signs new deal with Tottenham Hotspur

Dele Alli has signed a new deal with Tottenham Hotspur which will keep him at the club till 2024. Alli will reportedly earn £90,000 a week. Spurs wrote on their official website, “We are delighted to announce that Dele Alli has signed a new contract with the Club, which will run until 2024.”

Alli joined Spurs in 2015 from his boyhood club Milton Keynes Dons on a five and a half year deal on a transfer fee of £5 million. He has been a regular for the club ever since joining Tottenham. The midfielder has played 153 matches for the club across all competitions. He has scored 48 goals and has provided 41 assists.

This season, Alli has made 7 appearance for Spurs across all competitions, scoring a goal. He missed a few matches due to a hamstring injury. However, he has recovered now and came on as a substitute in last night’s match against Manchester City. Alli also captained Spurs in their Carabao Cup game against Watford.

Dele Alli will hope to start in Spurs’ Carabao Cup clash against West Ham on Wednesday.
