The Dutchman has been in great form this campaign

PSV Eindhoven star Memphis Depay looks to be moving to the Premier League in this summer’s transfer window.

The Dutch international is a target for English giants Liverpool and Manchester United, with Paris Saint-Germain also monitoring his situation.

Speculation was aroused after former Chelsea and PSV sporting director Frank Arnesen released a statement.

When Arnesen was asked about Depay moving to the Premier League, he replied: “For me, it’s 99.9 per cent. It’s difficult to stop him. It will, of course, take time because it’s totally different than in Eredivisie.”

He also added: “Don’t expect too much in the beginning but he’s definitely the big talent and he’ll be good in the Premier League.”

‘He will be a success’

Depay has been a major factor in what has been a successful season for Eindhoven. The 21-year old has scored 21 goals in 28 league appearances, helping PSV to their first Eredivisie title since 2008.

‘Yes, he will be a success. I’ve seen him many times this season and he is going from strength to strength, even though he’s only 21 years old,” said Arnesen, who was commenting on whether or not Depay would be a success in England’s top flight.

Arnesen is a well respected source, especially in the Netherlands. He worked at PSV between 1991-2004 for a total of 13 years.
