Chelsea star, Didier Drogba, has praised Roberto Di Matteo for his managerial tenure at Stamford Bridge, albeit it a short one.
The Italian helped guide The Blues to their first ever Champions League trophy two years ago after they beat German giants, Bayern Munich, during a nervy penalty-shoot out.
Now at Schalke, Di Matteo will come up against his old side in midweek during European duty, and Drogba has sung his praises before the game, saying he brought good times to West London.
Drogba said: “We have had so many managers and all of them brought something special to Chelsea.
“All of them, I think, were part of our success.
“But the most remembered is Roberto for winning the Champions League.”
