Striker eyeing return to Spain?
Chelsea striker Diego Costa is in regular contact with his former-club Atletico Madrid, according to reports.
Costa only left Atletico in the summer of 2014, and although he enjoyed a stunning debut season in the Premier League, scoring over 20-goals and winning the title, he has still toyed with the idea of returning to the La Liga side.
The Spaniard struggled for form at the start of this season under Jose Mourinho, but following the Portuguese’s dismissal, he has re-found his scoring form under the guidance of Guus Hiddink.
Costa In Regular Talks
Despite returning to form, it still hasn’t stopped Costa regularly talking with officials from Atletico and according to reports, he’s still considering his future.
Both Chelsea and Atletico are expected to have hectic summers, with Diego Simeone linked with swapping clubs, but Costa could also be in for a move at the end of the season.
