Dominic Solanke is the latest Liverpool player to be linked with a move to Rangers.

Steven Gerrard is reportedly hell-bent to bring the player to Ibrox in January on loan.

Scottish Premiership club Rangers have yet again shown interest in another Liverpool starlet Dominic Solanke as Steven Gerrard is looking to add more steel to his attack. With the business end of the season coming up, the former Liverpool ace is looking to use his good links with his former club and bring the 21-year-old outcast to the Ibrox in the January transfer window.

The English striker has endured a tough time at Anfield with gaffer Jurgen Klopp picking Daniel Sturridge and Divock Origi ahead of him. The former Chelsea player, who made a move from the west London club to Merseyside in the 2017/18 season, has been bogged down by the lack of game time so far this season and might look to make a move out of the club in January.

Gerrard, who is currently facing a crisis of goalscorers in his side, might look to take advantage of the situation and bring Solanke to Ibrox on loan for the rest of the season. However, he can only do so if Liverpool let the player leave on loan as their German gaffer has not handed him a single start so far this season.

Rangers endured a disappointing draw against Hibernian in the last match of the Scottish Premiership, with Alfredo Morelos squandering a chance to get his side over the line. The result has pushed them down to the second position, with Celtic taking a one-point lead over the Teddy Bears following their resounding win against Motherwell.
