Eden Hazard has discussed how he tries to be a solid role model for the younger players at Chelsea
Hazard is now seen as one of the more senior members at Stamford Bridge, and the Chelsea star revealed that he does try to set a good example for the clubs’s younger players.
Speaking to Chelsea magazine, Belgium star Hazard said: “You need to show the right mentality to the younger players, because they are looking up to you.
“When I was 16 at Lille, I was watching the big guys, thinking, ‘Oh, this guy does this in training; that guy never comes in late.’
“So, yeah, we are examples. You need to show the right motivation, the right ambition.”
The Blues, are currently fourth in the Premier League table and nine points behind leaders Manchester City after beating Manchester United 1-0 before the international break and 11 games in of the new campaign.
