This will be his SIXTH loan spell away from Stamford Bridge
Chelsea centre forward Patrick Bamford is set to join fellow Premier League club Burnley on a season-long loan.
According to reports, the two clubs will announce the deal today, after Burnley boss Sean Dyche offered Bamford first team football.
The England under 21 international has been deemed surplus to requirements by the Blues’ manager Antonio Conte.
Bamford finds himself down the Chelsea pecking order behind Diego Costa, Michy Batshuayi and Loic Remy.
This will be the 22-year-old’s sixth loan contract away from West London, following spells at Milton Keynes Dons, Derby County, Middlesbrough, Crystal Palace and Norwich City.
