Betrand Traore, Kenedy and Ruben Loftus-Cheek will save Blues a fortune

Chelsea interim coach Guus Hiddink believes Bertrand Traore, Kenedy and Ruben Loftus-Cheek will save the club a fortune in the transfer window.

Since replacing Jose Mourinho in December, Hiddink has revived Chelsea’s season and the club are still unbeaten in the league during the Dutchman’s tenure.

He has also given all three 20-year-olds first-team opportunities and  has backed them to all to be a success.

Hiddink’s good luck farewell

“They are all good enough to be useful members of the squad next season,” Hiddink said.

“I think it is difficult to have them already as key players like a Didier Drogba, Frank Lampard or John Terry. They must be an addition to a good team.”

With Italy manager Antio Conte poised to take charge in the summer, the Dutchman’s final advice is to keep faith with these youth players rather than spend millions in the transfer window.
