Liverpool are interested in signing Udinese’s Poland international midfielder Piotr Zielinski for around £11.5 million.
During his season-long loan at Empoli this term, the 21-year old has been monitored by Jurgen Klopp.
Last month Zielinski admitted that he would love to play alongside Phillipe Coutinho, and he recently fuelled more speculation after telling Polish media outlets that there is some truth behind rumours surrounding a move to the Reds.
“There is a lot of truth in the rumours about Liverpool, Jurgen Klopp is interested in me and we had some talks,” he said to Sportowe Fakty.
