Arjen Robben considering returning to football

Arjen Robben hung up his shoes after the end of the 2018/19 season, and said goodbye with a double title in the Bayern Munich jersey.

The Dutch winger is retiring at the age of 36, although it was believed he could play another season or two in a weaker or more exotic league.

He decided to retire, but according to the latest statement, Robben seems to have repented and is considering returning.

“At first I didn’t miss football at all, but then I started thinking that I would like to play a little bit again. From time to time I have such a feeling that I could play. This virus crisis is very strange, and when will it be over, we’ll see. But I will probably always have that feeling. I’m an athlete. ”

In his abundant career, Robben played for Groningen, PSV Eindhoven, Chelsea, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, while wearing the Dutch national team jersey from 2003 to 2017, and in 96 appearances he scored 37 goals.
