German champions want Arsenal star back in Germany
Bayern Munich are reportedly ‘fascinated’ with signing Mesut Ozil and apparently tried to sign him at the beginning of this season.
The German has enjoyed decent form at the start of this season but suffered through waves of criticism in his first two seasons at the Emirates.
The Germany international moved to the Emirates in 2013 for a hefty £42.5million and Arsene Wenger’s side have won back-to-back FA Cups in Ozil’s two seasons at the club.
The report goes on to claim that Pep Guardiola made a personal advance for the player at the start of the 2014-2015 season when Ozil had an indifferent start to the campaign, but Wenger put a block on the move.
