Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe has said that Ryan Fraser is beginning to prove his influence and worth in the English League with the Cherries.

The Bournemouth player has now assisted 9 times. He stands at the top of the assists chart this season leading the list with Eden Hazard. Fraser’s effort is incredible because he does not have the same quality of players around him as Hazard does. Cherries boss, Howe has taken note of the mammoth effort and has praised the Scottish international for his performances this season.

“He’s done so well this [season], he’s been a regular goal creator, goal scorer and his set-piece delivery has been excellent, which was evident on Wednesday,” Howe said. “Two lovely free-kicks, one floated and one whipped, with two goals coming from that. So really pleased. I’m not surprised [by his performances]. His technical ability is so high; he’s got two lovely feet and a very good football brain. It was more a case of wanting him to show everybody what he can do on a consistent basis and he’s started to do it this [season].”

The 24 year old is developing extremely well under Howe at Bournemouth and is one of the many players to have exceed expectations at the club. Bournemouth, who were on the verge of relegation from League two a decade back are now in the 12th position in the top tier of the domestic league.
