Premier League rivals Arsenal and Chelsea are set to battle it out in the transfer market for Velez Sarsfield starlet Naza Bazan Vera.
Forward Bazan Vera, 17, has yet to make an appearance for the Velez first-team, but has drawn comparisons to Juventus star Paulo Dybala.
Spanish side Villarreal are also thought to be interested in the youngster, who has a European passport.
This would eliminate the need for a work permit, and Chelsea and Arsenal have sent scouts to see Bazan Vera in action.
He is the nephew of Daniel Bazan Vera, who has scored more than 300 goals in Argentinian club football.
Sarsfield scouts are of the opinion that Bazan Vera would be an instant hit in English football, due to his physique.
