Barcelona are considering a move for versatile Chelsea youngster Kenedy when the summer transfer window opens, according to reports.
The talented 20-year-old has been a bright spot in the Blues’ disappointing season, with two goals in fifteen appearances for the Stamford Bridge outfit.
Mundo Deportivo claim the Catalan giants are lining up a summer bid for the starlet, who can play at either full-back or winger.
The Nou Camp side have tried to sign Kenedy in the past, when the player was at Brazilian side Fluminense.
Ironically, it was Chelsea that beat them to his signing when they failed to match the £6.3m offer Chelsea made.
Barcelona see him as potential competition for Jordi Alba at left-back, but may also want to utilise his attacking capabilities.
They also could make some room for him on the playing payroll by offloading the likes of Marc Bartra leave.
There is also the matter of Dani Alves, Adriano and Jeremy Mathieu all nearing the end of their careers.
