Chelsea have made an enquiry about Adrien Rabiot.
The PSG midfielder is not in the good books of his current club and has been sidelined for the rest of his tenure due to a rift regarding contract negotiation.
Chelsea have reportedly made an enquiry about Adrien Rabiot, who has been sidelined by his current club Paris Saint Germain. The player has been involved in a rift regarding his contract extension, which he had been delaying for some time. The club got impatient with him and have handed him the punishment of not ever appearing in a PSG jersey again. This has interested a number of clubs including Barcelona to get the French midfielder on a free transfer. However, as per reports, Chelsea have joined the race now.
Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has reportedly said that he wants to make sure that at least a couple of players are signed in the January transfer window. The Blues have also been closely linked with a move for Gonzalo Higuain, who is currently plying his trade at AC Milan on loan from Juventus. However, as the Blues show interest in Rabiot, it is clear that the Italian gaffer is interested to add a new player to the midfield apart from the attack as well.
