Chelsea star Eden Hazard believes new Manchester City signing Kevin De Bruyne will be a big success in the Premier League.
Former Chelsea player De Bruyne, 25, never really shone while at Stamford Bridge.
However, he has emerged into one of Europe’s brightest stars while at German side Wolfsburg.
He has joined City for £55m, and is aiming to build on a successful last season, where he racked up more goals and assists then Chelsea’s Spanish midfielder Cesc Fabregas.
And Fabregas’ team mate Hazard reckons that De Bruyne will take English football by storm.
Hazard told French newspaper L’Equipe: “He has the qualities to impose himself.He showed last season at Wolfsburg that he is a great player.
“He has something to prove [in England] and it can only be good for the national team.”
De Bruyne is also setting his sights high, targeting trophies aplenty in his first season in the North-West.
He said: : “I want to reach the highest level possible as a player and the most important thing is that at the end of the season we can be happy and maybe have some titles.”
