French club lining up move for Liverpool goalkeeper

Liverpool goalkeeper Adam Bogdan is being linked with a move to French club Reims, according to reports.

Bogdan has had a difficult season with the Reds, failing to take his chance in goal replacing first-choice Simon Mignolet.

In his five appearances this term, he has made a number of mistakes, notably against Watford in the Premier League, and Exeter in the FA Cup.

Reims are looking to bring in Bogdan on loan for the rest of this season.

However, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is reluctant to let him go, despite recalling Danny Ward from a loan at Aberdeen.

And Mignolet has just signed a new five-year deal with the Reds, so Klopp has at least three options between the sticks.

Ward may even get a few games under his belt after impressing in Scotland, while both Mignolet and Bogdan have struggled for consistency.
