The midfielder is currently at Euro 2016
Liverpool are the latest Premier League team to join the race for Leicester City’s holding midfielder N’Golo Kante.
The 25-year old is currently anchoring France’s midfield at the European Championships, but that hasn’t stopped the speculation surrounding his club future.
Kante reportedly has a £22 million release clause in his contract with the Foxes, and the Reds are the latest side to discover this information.
However, if Jurgen Klopp’s men are to sign the Frenchman, they must fight off English competition from Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur.
Kante helped Leicester to unlikely Premier League glory this season and he only cost Claudio Ranieri £5.6 million to capture him Ligue 1 club Caen.
