Manchester United playmaker Bastian Schweinsteiger has insisted that he will only leave the club if they pay off the rest of his contract.
The 31-year old still has two years left on his current deal at the Red Devils, and Mourinho is tempted to force him out of the club by paying him £14 million in compensation.
The Germany international only joined United last summer, but his first and only season was ravaged by injuries.
Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain have emerged as the surprise favourites to sign Schweinsteiger, if he is to be released by the Premier League outfit.
