It seems like Manchester City and PSG could receive bans due to breaching UEFA’s FFP regulations. UEFA are currently investigating in the matter and are reportedly furious with both clubs due to their lack of cooperation.

Additionally, the appointment of PSG President Nasser Al-Khelaifi to the UEFA Executive Committe seems like a move which will prevent any sanctions for breach of FFP.

It seems like Manchester City and PSG may have to sell some of their players. However, things could get even worse. Provided both sides are found guilty, then they will receive a Champions League ban and will also be forced to sell some of their players.

The investigation is currently going under and is supervised by former Belgium Prime Minister Yves Leterme. The Court of Arbitration for Sport will give a ruling in the upcoming days.

PSG President Al-Khelaifi seemed confident that the club will not have to sell any of their players.
