Manchester United prepare to pay at least £100m to sign Harry Kane

Harry Kane has scored 17 goals and registered three assists in 34 appearances this season.

Manchester United would reportedly have to be prepared to pay at least £100m to sign Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane during this summer’s transfer window.

The Premier League giants are expected to move for a new centre-forward considering Edinson Cavani’s departure after this season on a free transfer.

Even there is uncertainty on Cristiano Ronaldo’s future at Old Trafford. He may also leave the club this summer if United fail to finish in the top four.

Some updates claim that United-linked Mauricio Pochettino will target a move for Kane if he leaves Paris Saint-Germain after the current season. He is supposed to become the new manager of Man United for next season.

After not gaining a big amount from City last summer, the England captain might move to Old Trafford with his former Tottenham head Pochettino.

As per the reports to ESPN, a switch to the Red Devils ‘is a possibility’, but the Englishman would cost the club at least £100m during this summer’s transfer window.

If Kane gets big wages in the summer, it would place him alongside David de Gea as the second-highest earner at the club behind Ronaldo.

The Tottenham star has scored 17 goals and registered three assists in 34 appearances this season. Harry Kane still has two years left in his contract.
