Details of Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho’s post match impromptu centre-circle conference with his coaches after the 3-1 home defeat to Liverpool at the weekend.

Mourinho is fighting to save his future at Stamford Bridge after a nightmare season so far.

After the home loss to the Reds, Mourinho took the unorthodox step on summoning his coaches onto the pitch for a meeting.

With the help of a lip-reader the Mirror has been able to decipher some of what was said.

“It’s not….and we need to get it, the next one its really…make sure….must NOT lose that one next week.”

The debate then centres on Reds star Lucas Leiva, who the referee refused to sent off for a second yellow card.

It goes on: “You know, it’s not good and it’s the sixth (defeat) but the problem was the…he didn’t give… the yellow when he….and I don’t know what will happen.”

Mourinho then apparently refers to the need to keep the team together.

He says: “But you must all be together and…. but I cannot say to them that it’s not, just erm, not right.”

It’s a tough start to a massive week for Chelsea and Mourinho, with a Champions League game against Dynamo Kiev, and a Premier League trip to Stoke City, to come.
