One of the best penalty takers in the world, well if his not just the best, Matt is also part of the Top 10 Penalty Takers In The World Of All Time after scoring 47 penalties out of 48 penalty kicks showing how good of a player he was and how much he deserved a Premier League title, its bad that he wont be remembered for the things that he won but for the things he missed out on like the Premier League.
Matt won the Premier League young player of the year, he also made the team of the year in 1994 and he was name in the Premier League Hall of fame in 2013 alongside great players like Sir Bobby Charlton and George Best.
