The transfer story of Paul Pogba has been on for years now.
The Manchester United midfielder sealed a world record move to Old Trafford almost 4 years ago but since then has not been able to justify his price tag.
This led to his transfer rumors with the player being linked to clubs like Real Madrid, Barcelona, PSG and Juventus.
It was primarily between Juventus and Madrid last summer and it could have been Juve again at the scene, at least according to Romano.
According to the Guardian, Romano said: “I am sure, totally sure that without the virus now we were speaking about Paul Pogba to Juventus this summer.
“Because they were ready to make an important bid, €100m. Then they had the virus, they lost money, something change at Manchester United.
“They were back to winning games, they are back in the Champions League and now the deal is totally off.”
However, as Romano pointed out, the situation has completely changed now. Pogba is committed to United, with Bruno already in and VDB coming in as well.
He will want to now win the Premier League and the Champions League and more with the Red Devils!
