Real Madrid Boss Wants To Put An End To Neymar Transfer Speculation For Good

Zinedine Zidane wants the Neymar transfer saga to end soon as the end of the transfer window nears.

Real Madrid are strongly contending for the Brazilian’s signature against their direct rivals, Barcelona. Even though Ernesto Valverde’s side are thought to be favourites in the race, nothing can be ruled out in the current circumstances, admits Zidane.

“I’m working with the players I have at my disposal and we have a game on Saturday,” Zidane said ahead of the clash with Real Valladolid. “Anything can happen until September 2, when the transfer window closes. “Some might come, some might leave. I want September 2 to come as soon as possible so there will be no more questions. I am looking ahead to Saturday’s game, that’s what I’m concerned about right now.”

Zidane understandably wants to end the constant speculation since he is battered with the same questions in every single press conference. Neymar’s strong desire to leave Paris Saint-Germain seems to have put both the La Liga giants at decisive points in their history.

Signing the Brazilian could force both Real and Barcelona to break their transfer records. Coutinho is the Blaugrana’s most expensive signing at ÂŁ140m and Real broke their record this summer by adding Eden Hazard for around ÂŁ100m.
