Madrid are in no hurry to sign Mbappe.

Los Blancos want to wait until 2021 when the striker enters his final year of the contract.

Real Madrid have planned a move for Kylian Mbappe next summer. Los Blancos are reportedly in no rush to sign the French international. Madrid are willing to wait until the summer of 2021.

That is when the striker will enter the final year of his contract. That would also be the only time they can sign the 21-year-old for a reasonable fee of €150m, as per AS. In the meantime, our officials are trying to persuade Mbappe not to sign a new contract with Paris Saint-Germain.

Mbappe has refused to apologise to Thomas Tuchel during a special team meeting today, sparking rumours of a possible exit. It was on Saturday when the Paris Saint-Germain coach substituted Mbappe and the striker was absolutely fuming.

The PSG coach acknowledged the problem in a press conference. He also revealed the squad will have a meeting in order to clear the air. The French international reportedly admitted that he may have overreacted. However, he wouldn’t apologize for his reaction. A few weeks ago, the talented youngster revealed that Zidane was his idol growing up: “To start, as a child, it was Zidane. If you’re a boy and you’re French, your idol is Zidane.”
