Reports out of Spain claim United are prepared to make an offer of £31.2million for the German World Cup winner.
Newly-appointed Red Devil’s boss Jose Mourinho is said to sees Kroos as one of his ‘dream signing’ and has instructed his bosses to ‘do whatever it takes’ to land him at Old Trafford.
