Winger ready to complete move to Old Trafford and has already ‘passed first part of medical’
Barcelona forward Pedro has completed the first part of his medical ahead of a move to Manchester United, according to reports.
The Metro are claiming a £24.7million fee has been agreed between the two clubs, with the first part of a medical now complete.
Despite the claims of a fee being agreed, it was widely thought the Spaniard had a £22m release clause in his contract.
With Lionel Messi still recovering after the Copa America and Neymar ruled out for two weeks after being diagnosed with mumps, Pedro is set for a starring role in what could be his final game for Barca.
His United transfer is then expected to be announced immediately after completing the final part of a medical on Wednesday.
The announcement would mark the end of a long running saga as the World Cup winner has been persistently linked with Old Trafford after 10 years at the Nou Camp.
