Could this be the making of him?
Everton are considering making a loan move for Manchester United outcast Memphis Depay in January.
Ronald Koeman is thought to be interested in the young winger, who rose to make his name during his time playing for PSV.
He moved to Manchester United last summer under Louis van Gaal, but nothing went to plan for him, and now he is only rarely making appearances under Jose Mourinho.
It’s thought Koeman will be in the Amsterdam ArenA tonight to watch Holland’s clash with Belgium, and hopefully get a good glimpse of Depay in action.
Last year while in charge at Southampton, Koeman admitted he tried to sign Depay before he joined United for £25m in June 2015.
He hoped the Dutch connection could convince him to move to St Mary’s, but the deal failed to come off.
