Everton plot surprise move for Liverpool & Chelsea target
Everton have been spending like crazy since the summer and have no plans of stopping. The Toffees are reportedly eyeing move for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang according to reports in BILD.
The German newspaper, who are very reliable for news related to Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund, have claimed that the Merseyside club are scouting the BVB striker right now.
Everton are not the only Premier League club to be linked with the striker. Liverpool and Chelsea have also been rumoured to be interested in him but the player is ye tto make a decision.
Recent reports claim that he has given up on his dream of playing for Real Madrid and is looking for a move back to AC Milan. The fee quoted for him is €60 million – something Everton will find very difficult to pay.
Toffees have already spent £143 million in the summer and are looking to add more fresh faces this January. Should they spend €60 million on Aubameyang, they won’t be able to sign any other big player.
