Today’s rumours suggest that Real Madrid coach, Paul Clement, is being lined up as a potential replacement for Arsene Wenger.

The news comes after the Frenchman is tipped to leave Arsenal this summer if they finish the season trophyless and without a top four finish.

The Sun are reporting that Carlo Ancelotti’s right hand man and former Chelsea employee Paul Clement is the man the Gunners hierarchy have set their sites on.

Clement has never been a manager at any club, but he has a pedigree for working with some of the best players in the world. This will surely appeal to the Gunners.

Would hiring Clement if Wenger quit be a gamble by the Arsenal board?
