Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas is rumoured to be interested in a move to the Premier League.
Fabregas was subject to several bids from Manchester United last summer, however nothing came of them.
But the Spanish international has told officials that he wants to return ro England, putting Manchester United, and former club Arsenal on red alert over a possible deal.
Arsene Wenger’s side have the first option to re-sign the midfielder, due to a clause in Fabregas’ contract when he signed for Barcelona in the summer of 2011.
Since signing, he has become a stalwart in the Catalan’s Midfield, along with Xavi and Andres Iniesta.
United are also planning a £30 million deal to lure Fabregas to Old Trafford.
