Chelsea striker Fernando Torres is finally set to end his nightmare career at Stamford Bridge after reportedly agreeing a two-year deal with Italian side, AC Milan.

The Blues forward has struggled in West London since arriving from Liverpool in a deal worth £50million, which was a record British transfer fee at the time, and despite Chelsea only having three strikers on their books, it looks like Torres is set to become the fourth striker leaving the club this Summer.

Torres could join; Samuel Eto’o, Demba Ba and Romelu Lukaku in departing Chelsea, leaving the club with just Diego Costa and Didier Drogba.

It’s reported in Italy that a £10million offer has been accepted, and a two-year deal is on the table and Torres’ agent has revealed that talks are positive.

‘The meeting has been positive. Torres at Milan is a possibility,’ said the Spaniard’s agent Antonio Sanz.

‘We will take time to reflect before giving an answer. Milan are a great side.’
