Atletico Madrid defender Filipe Luis is heading for an Atletico exit after the Madrid side signed another defender.
Guilherme Siqueira signed for the La Liga Champions earlier this week, putting Luis future in doubt.
The 28 year old helped the side to a first Liga crown since 1996, and now Chelsea are keen to sign him.
And Jose Mourinho is set to do all he can to sign the Brazilian.
‘Siqueira will increase the competitiveness of the group,’ sports director Jose Luis Perez Caminero told the Atletico website on Friday.
‘He is a player that is very strong at set-plays, taking penalties, he has a lot of attacking qualities as well as great defensive ability.’
