Luis has questioned if criticising the players was the right thing to do by Mourinho.
After making his worst start to a season as a manager, Jose Mourinho has been Centre to a lot of media attention. Filipe Luis is the latest former player to speak out about his former boss.
Luis didn’t adjust well to the Premier League last season, thus moving back to Atletico Madrid in the summer.
“He [Mourinho] has his way of talking to the press, especially when the team loses, which can sometimes be damaging to certain players.
“Some players benefit from criticism but for others they don’t.”
After the international break, The Champions host Norwich in a must win game at The Bridge. If Jose was to lose, speculation would continue to grow about him getting replaced.
