Best Liverpool wins under Jurgen Klopp

Former Liverpool player Harry Kewell thinks that Jurgen Klopp should sign another striker before the transferr window closes. Liverpool have made some high-profile signings this summer in Naby Keita, Fabinho, Xherdan Shaqiri and most recently Alisson.

Liverpool’s attacking lineup currently has the likes of Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah. However, Kewell thinks that the Reds need another addition in the goalscoring department.

Kewell said, “Their front three are phenomenal but I believe they need someone else as well. Just in case something happens to one of them. So they do need another world-class striker.”

Kewell added, “It’s a big season for Liverpool. They had a fantastic season and have some quality players like Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson. Mane, Salah and Firmino are excellent, while Jordan Henderson is turning into the player that we all hoped for. He’s getting better and better with age.”

Liverpool are currently playing at the International Champions Cup where they began with a 3-1 defeat to Borussia Dortmund. They begin their Premier League campaign against West Ham at Anfield on 9th August.
