Tottenham Hotspur winger Gareth Bale has agreed personal terms with Spanish giants Real Madrid and the transfer is expected to be finalised next week after the North London Derby.
The transfer has been looming for months now with Madrid highly interested in the Welshman, but after months of nothing, the two parties finally began talks and eventually got the deal moving.
It is expected that the La Liga giants will pay around £86million for Bale and that means the transfer will break the current transfer fee of £80million.
The 24-year-old began to get fed up with Spurs and how they dealt with the transfer and the Welsh international even refused to go back to the club and didn’t turn up for training despite the club ordering him too.
The deal is all-but complete, but the Premier League side do not want to sell Bale before the weekend’s game with Arsenal, just in case The Gunners do press forward with their move for Angel Di Maria, who could be sold as soon as Bale joins.
