GARETH BALE: Real Madrid to accept offer from Manchester United

Real Madrid are reportedly ready to accept a transfer offer from Manchester United for Gareth Bale, according to Spanish media.

Madrid-based Newspaper MARCA suggest that a deal to take Bale to Old Trafford, with the Welsh winger set to return to the Premier League in a deal rumoured to be around £150 million move.

The European Cup winners are prepared to off-load Bale, who they signed from Tottenham Hotspur for a world record fee in September 2013.

United manager Louis Van Gaal has been given the green light to go ahead with the move, with Madrid keen to land Marco Reus.

Bale, aged 25, impressed during his first season in Spain, netting 22 times in all competitions for the Bernabeu outfit, however could complete a sensational move in the summer.

It is thought that a fall-out between him and both Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema could convince him to pen a lucrative deal at the Red Devils.
