Swansea City manager is in danger of losing his job

Swansea City boss Garry Monk has held crunch talks with his players in the hope it will end their dreadful run.

The Swans have won just one of their last 10-matches, and host high-flyers Leicester City tomorrow at the Liberty Stadium, with Monk‘s job on the line.

Monk has already held emergency talks with the club’s board earlier this season, where he got given the vote of confidence, but it’s still believed his job is on the line if things don’t improve at the Liberty Stadium.

According to reports, the relationship between Monk and his players are damaged, meaning the 36-year-old could be set to lose his job, but reports today have claimed a meeting has been held to try and fix the issues.

Monk Reveals Talks

“I was open and honest with them and asked them for their views and they were very honest with me,” said Monk. “They were very good meetings and you could see that it changed the mindset. It drew a line under things. I told them how it stands and they appreciated that.
