Gibbs Out For Three Weeks

It gets worse for Arsenal with Keiran Gibbs officially being ruled out for up to three weeks with a injury he sustained in their 2-0 defeat to Champions League holders Bayern Munich.

The defender is expected to miss two Premier League matches and is unlikely to be available to Roy Hodgson for England’s friendly international against Denmark on March 5.

Scan results received on Friday highlighted only relatively minor damage in the problem areas and Gibbs is now expected to be out of action for between two and three weeks.

This will be more troubling for Arsenal fans than people will think with Gibbs being outstanding this season and of late second choice Nacho Monreal being, to say the least, pretty unreliable.

Will this damage Arsenals chances of trying to win the League or will they still push on with their many injuries?
