The agent of Manchester City striker John Guidetti claims the Sweden international is attracting serious interest from Serie A team Fiorentina.
The 20-year-old forward could find himself on the move this summer, with the possibility of first team football at Manchester City looking less and less likely.
City believe Guidetti to be a hot prospect for the future, but there is no place for him at present in Roberto Mancini’s plans.
As a result, the Swede has spent a lot of time out on loan in the last couple of years.
He is reported to have already expressed an interest in moving to Italy.
Lazio have expressed a possible interest, but Fiorentina could be tempted to make a move once the transfer window re-opens.
“There are a lot of conditions to meet before he can arrive in Italy,” Roberto De Fanti told calciomercato.com.
“At City he is behind many top players and is rated at around seven to nine million euros.
“Fiorentina are a club that have shown an interest in his situation.
“Their sporting director (Daniele) Prade is a football expert at international level and knows Guidetti well.”
