The Gunners have offered Arsene Wenger a new contract after his teams display this season. He will also recieve a huge 70m transfer budget.

Arsenal had a brilliant first half to the season after being on Top during January. However, it did not last and after some very poor showings from the side they slipped into a battle for 4th place with Everton. Things have improved for Arsenal as they have reached the FA Cup Final looking to end a 8 year trophy drought and are 1 point above Everton in the race for the last Champions League place. Arsene Wenger has been the Manager of Arsenal for 13 years having won the Premier League and FA Cup many times. He also managed the Invincible team that did not lose a single EPL game.

With the new deal ready to be signed by Wenger he has started to look for players to buy with the 70m he will be given. The aim is to buy players which can bolster their title challange and Champions League push. Mario Mandzukic is one of the players Targeted. The Bayern Striker has been their main striker this season but with the lethal Robert Lewandowski arriving this summer Mario might look abroad to find a new club. Wenger is also keeping close tabs on Man Utd midfielder Tom Cleverley, Real Sociedad’s Antonio Greizmann and Southampton’s Chambers as possible signings over the summer.
