The talk of the town is that Real Madrid’s Eden Hazard could be back on his feet by this June – a stone’s throw away.

As reported by Diario AS, Hazard had been recovering steadily from his right-ankle injury, ever since he had surgery on March 5. La Liga is supposed to be resuming in June, and Hazard can be expected to be back with Zidane’s side on the pitch.

As of now, he’s in pretty great shape. He started jogging a few days back and has started practicing football a bit too. National team manager Roberto Martinez saw it as “fortunate that his surgery took place just before the coronavirus outbreak” – as do we. With his physio trainer having come down with coronavirus, Hazard now follows routines via video.

Further, it is also fortunate for Hazard that the Euros got postponed to next year – 2021. Now it’s sure that he will return and be able to play in the Euros – and by then his injury will be history.

There have also decisions been taken about La Liga. Training is set to be restarted on May 4, however. There are plans to tie up the loose ends of the remaining La Liga 2019-20 season in the summer, and Hazard is all set to be a part of it.
