The Chelsea and Belgium international has been under the radar of the Parisiens as of late and were looking to buy the winger during the January transfer window.
Hazard, who was bought in 2012 from Lille for £32m, has struggled for a regular first-team place under new manager Jose Mourinho and as a result, PSG felt they could move in and sign the 22 year old. They feel he could provide a special touch to the side and would work well alongside Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Edinson cavani.
But according to Le10Sport, Hazard will reject the move and opt to stick with Chelsea until at least next summer. But PSG may return with a new offer as their current winger Jeremy Menez is expected to leave at the end of the season when his contract expires.
