Striker’s Dad confirms interest in Argentine
Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain has a lot of offers to leave the Serie A club this Summer, according to his Father.
The 27-year-old has been heavily linked with a move away from Italy at the end of the current season, with Rafael Benitez set to leave the club as well, but according to the striker’s Dad, Napoli is the place for his Son.

A trio of Premier League clubs are reportedly interested in signing the Argentine international, with Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United all keen on signing him, but the latest comments from his Dad would appear to rule out any possible move.
Speaking in a recent interview, Higuain‘s Dad did confirm that there are several offers for his services, but he is only focused on Napoli as he has a three-year deal there.
Higuain’s Dad Speaks
Jorge Higuain told El Crack Deportivo: “There are a lot of teams interested in Gonzalo.
“However, he has a three-year contract to run with Napoli. I do not think he will go anywhere.”

Higuain moved to Napoli two years ago after agreeing to leave Real Madrid, and since then, he has scored 50 goals in 96 appearances.
The Italian side paid £28million to secure the striker and managed to pull the deal over the line ahead of Premier League side Arsenal.
Arsene Wenger delayed his interest in Higuain as he tried to lure Luis Suarez away from Liverpool, but unfortunately for the Frenchman, he missed out on both.
