Zenit St Petersburg striker Hulk, has admitted that he would love to have a reunion with former-FC Porto boss Andre Villas-Boas.
The two enjoyed a successful spell together in Portugal as they helped the club win the Europa League during the days of Hulk and Radamel Falcao being in the same line-up.
However, Villas-Boas then left Porto in order to join Chelsea, which didn’t last very long, and now the Portuguese manager is at Tottenham Hotspur, where he has spent millions of pounds investing in a new-look Spurs squad.
As for Hulk, he is currently playing in Russia for Zenit, but he has recently admitted that he would love to work with his former-boss once again.
“I learned a lot with Andre Villas-Boas at Porto,” he said. “He is very intelligent tactically. He was almost so well informed about the opponents that we pretty much knew everything about them when we went out on to the pitch. It was scary how much we knew.
“I am really happy Villas-Boas is making a mark in England, and it would be fantastic to play under him again one day.”
