Cesc Fabregas, Alvaro Morata and Thiabot Courtois are all out of the clash against Arsenal tonight because of injury.

Speaking at a pre-match conference yesterday, Antonio Conte has confirmed that Morata and Fabregas are out for tonight’s clash with Arsenal. While Fabregas was seen training with the players, Conte thinks he is still not 100% for the clash.

As for out-of-form Morata, the player has a back injury and would not feature tonight. The Italian boss also mentioned that he would check up on other players before the game.

And it has been revealed that Courtois also joins the list of players who would sit out of tonight’s game. The Chelsea keeper has an ankle injury and did not feature in the last game as well.

“Thibaut Courtois is absent today as he got a knock on his ankle in training,” Chelsea announced after the defeat of Brighton.

“He will be monitored over the next few days.”

Conte was hoping that he would be ready for the clash with Arsenal, but that is not the case it seems.

Willy Caballero is expected to start in front of the goal for a 3rd consecutive time this season.
