Inter Milan winger Jonathan Biabiany has rejected a loan offer from Chelsea.
The 28-year-old does not want to be a temporary fix for the current Premier League leaders, and would rather leave the San Siro in a permanent deal, according to Sky Sport Italia.
Chelsea targeted a loan switch for Biabiany as manager Antonio Conte is keen on improving his squad in the wider areas.
The Blues have also failed in a bid to bring Schalke left-back Sead Kolasinac to Stamford Bridge before the transfer window shuts.
Biabiany, a former France U21 international, is out-of-favour at the Italian giants and has yet to feature in the Serie A this term.
A switch to Palermo or the Chinese Super League are two options the winger would prefer over a loan deal to Chelsea, according to reports in Italy.
