Winger arrived at Stamford Bridge just five months ago

Chelsea winger is close to joining Italian giants Inter Milan on a season-long loan deal.

The Colombia international joined the Blues from Serie A side Fiorentina in January for £23.3million.

However, he has found chances in Jose Mourinho’s starting side limited and is desperate to join a club where he will get a good number of chances after starting just four games in the Premier League for Chelsea.

Serie A Return

Inter will have tough competition to sign the winger as Italian giants Roma want so sign the Colombian star, but Inter are favourites to sign the 27-year-old according to news organisations in Italy.

However, Inter want a clause in his contract which would be with a view to a permanent deal come the end of next campaign.

Cuadrado’s representatives recently held talks with Chelsea’s board over his future and it has been revealed that Cuadrado wants to move away from Stamford Bridge.

Mourinho Eyes Three Signings

Mourinho wants to sign at least three world-class players in the summer transfer window, and Cuadrado could be one of the players who will make space for the signings.
