Mohamed Salah could soon be on his way to Inter Milan with boss Roberto Mancini admitting he rates the Egyptian highly. The winger has found it hard to grab game time at Chelsea and he has been forced to sit on the bench most of the time.
Now, Inter are ready to offer him the chance to leave Stamford Bridge and play first-team football for them. Roberto Mancini himself has claimed he could be interested in a move but added that it wouldn’t be easy to sign him. He said: “[Mohamed] Salah is a very interesting young prospect. [Ivan] Perisic is a good player, he has the right profile – but he isn’t easy to get to, either.”
He claimed that an “offensive winger” is one of his main January targets, making Salah one of his top priorities come the winter transfer window. However, he also added that he may be interested in moves for Lucas Leiva and Alessio Cerci who play for Liverpool and Atletico Madrid respectively.
It remains to be seen whether or not the ex-Man City boss can secure the signature of Salah or any of his other targets for that matter, or whether Chelsea will keep hold of their Egyptian winger.
